Weltweit leiden Menschen unter Hunger – aber auch in Deutschland ist eine gesunde und ausreichende Ernährung nicht selbstverständlich. Sich gesund ernähren, das ist auch eine Frage von Zeit und Geld. In unserer neuen Folge global lokal gehen unsere Reporter*innen Helena und Shahhussain der Frage nach, wie man sich auch mit wenig Geld gesund ernähren kann – und dabei noch etwas für die Umwelt tun kann! Außerdem sprechen sie über die Ernährungssituation in Afghanistan.
Im zweiten Teil der Sendung stellen wir Euch das Projekt Müllhelden vor: Die Müllhelden engagieren sich für einen sauberen Kiez rund um das Kottbusser Tor. Unsere Kollegin Nafisa war selbst Teil des Teams und hat für uns mit Kolleg*innen über das Projekt gesprochen.

میلیون‌ها تن در کشورهای مختلف جهان از گرسنگی رنج می‌برند و آلمان هم از این بحران مستثنی نیست؛ شماری نیز در این کشور به غذای سالم و کافی دسترسی ندارند. از آن‌جا که تغذیه سالم ارتباط مستقیمی با زمان و منابع مالی و وضعیت اقتصادی دارد، در قسمت جدید برنامه «Global Local»، همکاران ما هلنا و شاحسین بررسی می‌کنند که چگونه می‌توان با هزینه کم هم به غذای کافی و سالم دست یافت و هم متوجه محیط زیست بود. آن‌ها همچنان در مورد وضعیت مواد غذایی در افغانستان گفت‌وگو می‌کنند.
در قسمت دوم برنامه نیز با پروژه «Müllhelden» آشنا می‌شویم؛ برنامه‌یی که در منطقه «Kottbusser Tor» و به هدف ایجاد یک محیط زیست سالم برگزار می‌شود. نفیسه که خودش یکی از اشتراک‌کننده‌گان این برنامه بوده درباره این پروژه صحبت می‌کند.

In our new episode of global local, our reporters Helena and Shahhussain explore the question of how you can eat healthily on a budget - and do something for the environment at the same time! They also talk about the food situation in Afghanistan.
In the second part of the show, we introduce you to the Müllhelden project: The garbage heroes are committed to a clean neighborhood around the Kottbusser Tor. Our colleague Nafisa was part of the team herself and spoke to colleagues about the project.
